The more famous place in Malacca is the Dutch Square. The buildings in the Netherlands are mostly red, so the whole area of the square is mostly red and orange-red. There is a historic Dutch-style Christian church on the square, built in 1753, when the Dutch built the 100th anniversary of the reign of Malacca. At the center of the square is the Queen's Fountain, which was built to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria. In addition, the famous Dutch clock tower, Zhenghe Cultural Relics Memorial Hall, and the ancient city gate of San Diego, San Diego, are collectively referred to as the Dutch Square.
