Maotai Ferry

Maotai Town in Zunyi, Guizhou is a historic town and a beautiful town. Because the Chishui River passes through the city, the ferry in Maotai Town is also very famous. The ferry is both sides of the scenic spots.

Maotai Ferry is located in Zhushabao, Maotai Town, and is the main ferry of the Red Army "Sandu Chishui". The Maotai Ferry Monument was built in 1980 and is11.7 meters high. Today, visiting here is both a retrospective of the feats that took place here in March 1935, a nostalgia for the revolutionary martyrs, and a memory of the great leader Chairman Mao.

Maotai Town is located on the banks of the Chishui River in Renhuai City, which is the throat of Sichuan and Shanghai land transportation. In 1935, the Long March of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants was in Chishui, Maotai. The lush riverside has a "Red Army Sidu Chishui Memorial Park", and the memorial garden is "Sidu Chishui River relief wall" and "Maotai Ferry" monument.

茅台渡口纪念碑位于茅台镇赤水河畔。纪念碑建在岸边，沿着石阶可以到达渡口，这是红军“四渡赤水”第三次渡河的主要渡口。1935年3月，中央红军主力16日清晨乘虚占领茅台，上午10时许，在中渡口、下渡口及银滩三处搭好浮桥。从当天下午至17日，红军胜利地三渡赤水河。
