Zhuquan Village (Bamboo spring village) is located in Tongjing Town, Weinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. It was built in seclusion by Gao Mingxuan, a cousin of Henan patrolman Gao Mingxuan, who moved to Henan in the end of the Ming Dynasty. It has a history of more than 400 years. Zhuquan Village is backed by Yuhuang Mountain, with Shilong Mountain, Phoenix Mountain on the left, Xiangshan River on the right, and thousands of Qingtian Liangtian in front. Because there is a clear spring in the village, there are many bamboos on the spring side, and the name is Zhuquan Village. The display protection of bamboo forests, spring water, ancient villages and various folk projects in Zhuquan Village is a model for the construction of beautiful villages in China today. In 2014, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Housing and Construction, the State Tourism Administration, the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and CCTV awarded the honorary title of "China's top ten most beautiful villages" in Zhuquan Village, Weinan.
