Baoyang Mountain Scenic Area is located 3 kilometers west of the city, belonging to the Yumai of Taihang Shandong Province. Baoyang Mountain is the main peak, with an altitude of 316.5 meters, covering an area of about 8 square kilometers. The two wings of the independent peak extend to the southwest and southeast, and show the trend of surrounding mountains and the sun. Because the south valley "air heating mountains without snow, cold trees not autumn", lush vegetation, flowers overflow, so it is also known as "Huayang Mountain". Baoyang Mountain, the mountain is majestic, beautiful scenery, for a side of the spirit show, was determined by the provincial government in 1998 as a provincial scenic spot.

Huayan Temple in Baoding Mancheng is located in Baoyang Mountain in the west of Baoding City, Hebei Province. Huayan Temple is a name of the temple in Tang and Song Dynasty. During the Ming Dynasty's apocalypse Chongxuan period (1628 ～ 1644), the monk Haihui monk practiced in Baoyang Mountain. At that time, three rooms were created and built, and Huayan Temple in Baoyang Mountain was located. The Jiguo monk inherited the law of Haihui monk, and four Zen rooms were rebuilt, and the land was 17 mu and five minutes. The monk Tao Xian, who was in charge of the Mancheng County Monk Association, witnessed the incident and had a monument to remember. Qing Kangxi was rebuilt in 53 years (1712 AD). Qingguangxu nine years (1883 AD) abbot Bentai monk rebuilt, then Manchengzhi County Sun Wanzhong wrote this "Repair Huayan Stele" of Ben Cai Zhuoran now Baoding Mancheng Huayan Temple rebuilt in the early 2000s, by Baoding Buddhist Association President Shi Ruguang Master Residency Build.
