The ancient buildings in Kathmandu are even more visible and become a unique historical heritage. Even those private residences, although they are traditional brick and wood structures, are exquisitely decorated, and the doors and windows, beams and brackets are carefully carved. The big bronze bell in Duba Square was built by King Bahadur in 1797. The old palace rings the bell when it holds all kinds of important activities. It is said that the bell can drive away evil spirits. Whether in shape or location, the bell, together with the surrounding temples and stone pillars, forms a harmonious and perfect picture, which once again shows the glory of Nepal's palace.

Located on the north side of Shiva-Palvati Temple, near Duba Square, it is said that the bells here can drive away evil spirits.
