Walking to the hotel not far from the hotel is the "Dutch Canal" in the city, which is also a trace of colonial rule. Originally as a city transport channel canal, today the not wide river although there are small boats, but there is no busy, of course, there is no clear river. The canal's river is dirty, but there are locals washing clothes by the river, and the houses on both sides of the river are also unceremoniously sweeping the garbage at the door into the canal. Environmental protection is still a big difficulty in third world countries. We walked along the canal for a while and saw several houses with a bit of character, forming a scene of small bridges and flowing water in local areas.
