In the town of Fontz, the German army left behind a number of buildings. Now 103 buildings can be seen, all over the age of 100. At that time, some of these buildings were used for living, others for business and other fields. Now some of them are lonely, and some of them are scattered around the town of Fangzi. The existence of these well-preserved or incompletely damaged buildings is the value and reason for the existence and persistence of the concept of Fangzi Town. In the east section of Sanma Road, Fangzi Town, there are two courtyards in the north and south of the abandoned railway turnout. The environment in the south is clean and tidy, and people come in in groups. In the north of the parking lot, there are lots of weeds and few people come. Houses in rows or separately, gates sealed, a number of houses shaking, some have lost their roofs, most of them German-style buildings. Only one or several houses on the west side of the hospital are being renovated, and the renovation is as old as before. Fangzi Town plans to use relatively independent courtyards of German architecture to establish Shandong's 798 art district. Various kinds of art exhibitions are often held here, attracting a large number of art fans to visit the exhibition.
