We went for dinner midweek and ,frankly to our surprise,were blown away.I mean how good can Southern cuisine be?Well this visit educated us,it can be outstanding.First the biscuits-moist but light and fluffy.Beef tartare made from great meat,nicely spiced and served with very good mini pancakes.Very fresh Blackened red snapper in a wonderfully flavored tomato based broth with rock shrimp and a perfect duck breast served on a bed of tasty braised cabbage.Extensive wine list,very good service and lovely ambiance.Going back!
