Near the Independence Palace, there is a small courtyard and rows of simple and quiet houses. This is the place where Benjamin Franklin once lived, carrying the glorious past of a great man who fought for America all his life. Here, you will see a strange building, a white steel frame, which outlines the outline of a house. In fact, this is the original site of Franklin's residence. Because of a fire in the 19th century, the house was completely destroyed. In order to maintain the most primitive state, people built this building and told you that this was Franklin's former residence. There is also an underground museum in the courtyard, which shows some documents of Franklin's life and his inventions (Franklin is also an inventor, the lightning rod is from his hands), and we can watch a documentary film to understand Franklin's magnificent life.
