One of Seattle's coolest landmarks is, strangely enough, a concrete troll gobbling up a Volkswagen beneath a highway overpass. It's one of the main attractions of a neighborhood a little off the beaten path for most tourists, but one worth exploring nonetheless. It's a quirky neighborhood that takes pride in its bohemian, artsy aesthetic. Any stroll around the area uncovers tons of public art and sculpture, including the statue of Soviet leader Lenin. Why? Who cares? The troll is just the most noteworthy of tons of inexplicably awesome sights to see in the area.
