Hongluping Ancient Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty in the Wanli period. It was first named "Thousands of Buddhas" and was rebuilt at the end of the Ming Dynasty. After the temple was called Hongluping, it was changed to Hongluping by the name of the temple. It has increased its reputation in Mount Emei. There are countless precious cultural relics in Hongluping.
