I stayed at Huizhou Intercontinental Hot Spring Hotel more than five times. I wanted to grab the tail of my vacation and have a good time here. First of all, under the IHG flag, it is absolutely five-star service to play the Intercontinental flag, but the current service of Huizhou intercontinental is not up to the standard of Crown Holiday, which is far from the experience of living in the past. Since it is mainly played by hot springs, there is no towel at the edge of the hot spring pool. Dinner has added some seafood than before. The roast abalone is delicious, but the shortcoming is that there is not even a simple coke or sprite, let alone fruit juice. Coffee, tea and beer are all suitable for people to drink. Children can only drink ice water or boiled water. Breakfast variety, fried muffins with caramel is very good, drinks are very good, why did not dinner this configuration? In addition to the room, the interior decoration is relatively old, the balcony screen door is loose and collapsed, many small insects come in, the corners of the wall are mildewed, the disposable slippers matched with the room seem to have been used, so I dare not use them when I see dirty things sticking to it. Because I am a member, and based on the experience of staying in IHG's hotel, I know that staying is to deliver welcome drinks. We ordered two rooms, four big rooms and four small ones. According to my experience of staying in Crown of Hong Kong and Langang Intercontinental, we sent us the number of drinks according to the number of people we stayed in. But this only gave us two drinks, well, drinks are not worth a few dollars, but it is enough to show the sincerity of the hotel, and people will not let guests. It's hard for people to send more than one. Here's a little surprise about this stay. It's Children's Paradise. It's a lot more recreational facilities than before. But the sister of Paradise is the least nice one I've ever seen in the hotel Paradise. She only pays for the fee and has no smiling face at all. This is the beauty of Paradise. It's also the service I mentioned above.

A five-star hotel that is not worth recommending and feeling the worst is totally sorry for the low cost-effective staff of intercontinental brand who hardly have a smiling face when they don't contact or greet the guests. Although the hot spring season is very busy, the service attitude can't be worse than that of the top floor, which can't accept the praise of hardware facilities and qualified mattresses, but the room decoration style and general sanitary conditions are good. Hot Spring Big Swimming Pool may be the private soup of the swimming pool room platform with hot spring water in the hot spring hotel that we have visited at present, but it still can't make up for the defect of the simple and low privacy of decorating ordinary pool water valves. Most of the hot springs in Guangdong are sodium carbonate springs with little sulphur smell. The judgment standard of hot springs may be that the temperature is too high, but there is not much slippery feel.

Intercontinental flag, the hotel service is very good, although the hot spring is not big, but the scenery is pleasant and comfortable, suitable for emptying, has gone to recommend! There are also many farm coke nearby!

This time I went because the members gave away the house for one night and the service was as good as ever. The front desk answered my inquiry patiently, but also gave the upgraded house. I like the hot spring because there are not many people and it is very leisure. The only thing that is not enough is that breakfast can be given as a gift, because there is really no restaurant nearby.
