Huizhou West Lake is a shallow lake in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It is a key scenic spot and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction in China. The area of Huizhou West Lake Scenic Area is 3.2 square kilometers, and the water body area is 1.68 square kilometers. Its landscape is composed of "Five Lakes, Six Bridges and Eighteen Views". The "West Lake" first originated from the poems made by the Northern Song Dynasty Sulu when the court degraded to Huizhou. Huizhou West Lake was also famous because of the spread of Sulu poetry. So far, Huizhou West Lake still has Sudi, Xixin Bridge, and Dynasty Yun Tombs related to Sulu. Historically, Huizhou West Lake has been jointly called the three major West Lakes in China with Hangzhou West Lake and Zhangzhou West Lake.
