The General Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall was formerly Fugou County Martyrs' Cemetery. It was built in 1962, the Cemetery was built in 1964, and the Ji Hongchang Martyrs' Memorial Hall was built in 1979. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the General's sacrifice, in 1984, it was renamed the General Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall. It is adjacent to Zhouzheng Highway in the east and 311 National Road in the south. 45 kilometers away from Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, convenient transportation. The overall relocation of the memorial hall has been included in one of the 12 practical things of the county government in 2003. In 2004, the supporting facilities and greening were completed. The General Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall covers an area of 6300 square meters, consisting of mountain gates, squares and exhibition halls. The gate faces east, and the spectacular antique gate building is directly above the museum name written by Comrade Jiang Zemin in 1995: "General Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall". Entering the park, there are rockery dotted on both sides, the cement road is flat and tangible, and on the north side there is a monument of "Henan key martyrs building protection unit" approved by the provincial people's government in 1987. On the west side is the Xiaohezhuang Martyr Monument (30 square meters), along the northbound road is the Memorial Square, the square area is 600 square meters, the square is centered on the granite-built base, erected with a decorated bronze statue of General Ji Hongchang.
