Jinling engravings were founded by Mr. Yang Renshan, a famous scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. Yang Renshan, a famous literary society, and his ancestral nationality, Shiqian, Anhui (now Shitai County). He learned from his young years, and was indifferent to his Gong name. In his early years, he set his sights on the work of Xi Kong, Meng, Lao and Zhuang, and learned astronomy, public land, calendar, and sound rhyme. He is also proficient in many languages, and in his early years as a counselor, he was a diplomat with Zeng Jize. Therefore, he reflects the deep roots of Chinese traditional culture and the spirit of modern Western scientific culture. Liang Qichao, Yuan Tong, Zhang Taiyan, etc., famous scholars in the late Qing Dynasty, all had close contacts with him. The "Renxue" of Yuan Tong, the head of the six gentlemen, was written in Yangrenshan Nanjing's residence.
