If you want to please a sushi fan, find an authentic place, or just want the best sushi, you’ll find this restaurant is what you want. We got a $120 fixed-price menu and we were shocked. Each dish explains how to eat best (clear, dip, or mustard). The waiter helped us pour the sake. Because I'm a casual sushi diner, not a master, I've found new favorite foods (fish egg tart sauce and shrimp-headed slugs) and challenging ones (like you pull out a four-inch snail and have to eat it in one go). But I cherish the whole dining experience.
