The theme park was first run by Walter Knott and his family, Berry Farm. In the 1920s, they sold berries, jams and pies for a living. Later, they began to sell fried chicken dinner. As more and more visitors came, the Knott family built small shops and entertainment facilities nearby to entertain guests waiting for dinner. Later, the more they built, the more they became amusement parks. Well, there's Snoopy you're all familiar with.
