The Lincoln Memorial is a memorial to President Abraham Lincoln. It is located in Washington, DC, on the west side of the National Mall, in front of the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and becomes a straight line with Congress and the Washington Monument. Between the memorial and the Washington Monument, there are two 2,292-foot-long reflection pools. Near the memorial are the Vietnam War Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the World War II Memorial. The memorial is open free of charge all year round.
