Middle East Railway Buildings Review

The most worth seeing in the whole complex is probably this Virgin Mary church, the green onion towering on the steps under the blue sky. After going up, I realized that this is now the Middle East Railway Museum, and the exhibits inside are unexpectedly interesting. Some old Russian furniture, daily necessities, old photos, really reflect the life of the Russians here at the time.

The Middle East Railway Buildings are a valuable historical heritage in the Northeast region. Some people have been running for protection and publicity of these relics. After the publicity of China National Geographic, they suddenly jumped into the center of the Chinese vision. Hengdaohezi has a large area of Middle East Railway buildings. The Middle East railway locomotive garage is the most representative, not only well preserved, but also the largest; the Church of the Virgin Mary is the center of Orthodox activities in the far and near areas, and the Soviet army accepts the surrender of the nearby Japanese army. The old railway station of Hengdaohezi, two iconic minarets, can be seen by everyone passing by, and the offices, dormitories, police stations, etc. scattered throughout the town are also well preserved.
