Nieuwe Kerk Review

The new church of Delft is located in the square, opposite the City Hall building. Its bell tower is very tall and very impressive, and it has been seen in the distance. When I went there, there were many mobile stalls at the square market outside, and the crowds gathered and were very lively.

Delft New Church, 10 minutes walk from the train station, about 5 minutes from the old church. The new church is more modern but it is also a 500-year-old building. It is really powerful and shocking!

Located between The Hague and Rotterdam, Delft is the most beautiful town in the Netherlands, with its ancient canal, arch stone bridge, quiet countryside and beautiful market square. Its most famous national treasure, Delft Lantao, is also the Dutch national treasure. There are not many attractions in Delft. The most famous one is the old and new churches. The two churches pass 6.50 EUR. The new churches can climb the top and overlook the whole Delft scenery. The old church, known as the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the Netherlands, originated from the slightly sloping bell tower.

Wow, visiting Delft Nieuwe Kerk was like stepping into a fairytale! This towering gem has the charm to make any history nerd like me swoon. I climbed the dizzying spiral staircase to the top and felt like a conquering hero. The view was breathtaking, with the picturesque Dutch landscape stretching before my eyes. It's a must-visit spot if you want to feel like royalty and indulge in some serious architectural eye candy.

The new church is the absolute landmark of Delft, as opposed to the City Hall, because these two landmarks and the surrounding hotels, the market square has become the absolute center of the city. It's not worth five euros to visit the church. The Bell Tower is tall, with 4 Euro tickets. It can overlook the whole city. It's worth climbing, but it's more physically exhausting, and it closes at 5 p.m.
