Beihu Park is located in the center of Zhangzhou City, the southern half of the park is the Yulin District and the youth playground, and there is a simulated "25,000-mile Long March" route, which will "iron cable bridge", "snow mountains" and "grass" in front of people now. The water surface of Beihu is 12 hectares, accounting for more than 30 [%] of the total area of Beihu Park. "Beihu Water Moon" is one of the eight scenic spots in Zhangzhou, and has been praised by literati and ink customers in previous generations. Han Yu, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty, passed through Zhangzhou eight times and left the famous poem "Forkfish Recruitment Zhang Gongcao" here. In order to commemorate Han Yu, the posterity built an island pavilion in the heart of the lake, named "fork fish pavilion", cast Han Yu bronze statue in front of the pavilion, and also carved the fork fish poem on the stone tablet.
