The Reichstags Geb 228; ude, built in 1884, can be said to be a microcosm of modern German history. The famous "Parliamentary arson case" happened here. It was destroyed during World War II and destroyed after the split of Germany. It was not until the reunification of the two German countries that it became the parliament building again. The original damaged dome was replaced by a modern glass dome. I don't know that this design was not influenced by the Louvre Pyramid designed by I. M. Pei. At dusk, the Capitol Building is so charming that you will have to admire the ingenuity of the design, especially the dome is open-air, even if it rains, it will not affect the use of the building.
