Pazhou Tower is located in Pazhou, Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, near the Pearl River. The Pazhou Tower is octagonal pavilion with green brick masonry. It has a 9-level appearance, 17 stories in it and a height of more than 50 meters. Located in Pazhou, Haizhu District, Guangzhou City. The first floor is 12.7 meters in diameter, 4.95 meters in side length and 3.97 meters in wall thickness. Three doors are opened. The north-south gate enters the first floor tower ventricle, and the second floor (dark layer) tower ventricle of the original brick cascade in the West gate. The cascade wall-piercing and flat-seated type, from the second floor, opens doors on all sides, such as cross lanes crossing vertically and horizontally, and opens doors on two adjacent layers relatively staggered; niches are set as false doors on all other sides without doors. It is one of the eight sceneries of Yangcheng in Qing Dynasty, and has the reputation of "Pazhou pillar". It is a cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province.
