Ponte di Castelvecchio Review

This very interesting old bridge has beautiful river views and very charming city views. The groove top of the walls gives interesting photos, and there is a narrow uphill walkway always stuffed with tourists, all clamoring for the best angle or selfie in the background. Fortunately, the temperature was around 20 degrees when we were there, which was amazing this season. There were several narrow gates to take perfect pictures, those were sunny places. The sidewalks by the bridge were crowded with people sitting in the sun. There is a small "beach" where you can stand and look up at the bridge or look for a different angle. It is a beautiful old bridge worth visiting.

There are many bridges to enter Verona, more famous is the Scalijero bridge destroyed by the Germans in World War II. There are brilliant red bricks and gorgeous arches, at the crossroads, great photo opportunities, connecting the castle to other parts of the old town.

The Scalijero Bridge is a fortress on the river built in the 14th century and now turned into the Castelvijo Civic Museum, which displays a large number of artifacts such as paintings, jewelry and utensils, including the works of masters such as Benini, Sanero, and others, which are very precious.

Really admire the architect's vision... the bridge is beautiful and more durable

This old bridge is very characteristic, is a red brick building, and was once famous for the German invasion during World War II. You can see the scenery of the ancient city and the mountains on the bridge. The photo angle is really super beautiful.
