There is a Saigon Water Bus and you can use this to have another perspective of the city from Saigon River.

The Saigon river is obviously big, so i am concentrating on the area in Ho Chi Minh in the city centre, between district 1 and district 2. Cool and breezy with walking paths on the sides, it's a nice place to spend the evening. River boat taxis operate and are super cheap. Great for checking out the sunset
