The Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Bridge is a link connecting the friendship between the Chinese and Vietnamese people. It records the historical sorrow of the two countries. Originally known as the Beilun River Friendship Bridge, it was completed and opened to traffic on May 1, 1958. The bridge is 111 meters long. In the autumn of 1960, when Tao Cast visited Dongxing Autonomous County, when he visited the Beilun River Friendship Bridge, the name of the bridge was changed to "Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Bridge" and the name of the bridge was inscribed on the On the banner of the archway. The original bridge was destroyed in the 1970s and rebuilt in China in the 1990s. There is now a boundary between the two countries in the middle of the Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Bridge. On the eve of Spring Festival every year, the local governments of China and Vietnam will paint the middle line of the bridge together. When we cross the bridge, we can feel the wonderful feeling of being in both countries at the same time.
