The Tomb of the Unknown Martyrs is located in the Alexander Garden outside the Red Wall of the Kremlin on the northwest side of Red Square. It was built on the eve of the anniversary of the victory of the Great Patriotic War in 1967, and inscribed on the granite platform of the Tomb of the Unknown Martyrs - "Your name is unknown and your merits are immortal". Evergreen fire has been burning since it was built and never extinguished. It symbolizes that the spirit of martyrs always illuminates the world. There is a job change ceremony at the same time.
