Aoyuan is quietly surrounded by Jimei Village, connecting the lake and the sea. It is quiet and beautiful. Especially when the weather is good, the sea and the sky are the same, besides it are leisure walkers. They like it very much. It was originally a small island on the southeastern coast of Jimei. There was a small temple called Aotou Palace, also known as Qianli Palace, which was destroyed by the Japanese during the Anti-Japanese War. In 1950, Mr. Chen Jiageng built Ao Garden on the ruins with an area of 890 square meters. Aoyuan Garden can be divided into three parts: the porch, Jimei Liberation Monument and Mr. Chen Jiageng's mausoleum. On both sides of the porch, there are three-dimensional portrait figures with bluestone reliefs. The figures are full of dry postures and vivid images. To the north is Jiageng Park. Walking around here several times, I feel that I can't see the scenery here enough. Every moment I feel different. The whole person feels edified. Taimei is too quiet, small attractions, I do not love the noise of Gulangyu, only love the quiet of Jimei.
