Vedge takes vegan cuisine, and tips it out of the usual salad bowl. Combinations that somehow make a carrot taste like a Rueben sandwich, or root vegetables that taste like the creamiest cheese fondue you’ve ever had.

Bought a sausage and pepper sandwich, I had to keep warm in the oven for hours, and when I opened the wrapping paper and dug it in, the red pepper and sweet sausage tasted much better than any similar plate I had eaten for a long time. The bread is not soaked and the taste is once again reflected in the money. I highly recommend this sandwich.
