The city''s most famous big market, was founded in 1775, is the earliest dairy products market, has now developed into a comprehensive open-air market. People can buy fruits, vegetables, seafood from morning till night, all kinds of pickled food, cheese, dried fruit and sweets. There are many restaurants from many countries. Here are all very busy every day, especially the flea market every Saturday, even if you don''t buy anything, colorful crowd is worth a look. Markets offer the many Chinese supermarkets, shops and restaurants, is Vienna "Chinatown"

The Naschmarkt in Vienna has a wide variety of things to see and buy. Food and restaurants are also aplenty!

Naschmarkt market is located conveniently near the city centre of Vienna. There are a wide variety of items to shop around such as fruits, vegetables, bags, restaurants etc.

Nice little outdoor market area. Doesn't seem too big at first but it does stretch on quite a while. Tons of restaurants and cafes here with most emphasis on high end food, quality ingredients and specialty. Can also but produce, meats, cheeses, fish, and dried goods. Bustling with locals and tourists.

If traveling is a way to get to know people all over the world, then it is the most convenient way to go to the market if you want to know the life of the local people. We spent several days in Vienna visiting Hofburg, Princess Cissie's Meiquan Palace, and watching a concert at the National Opera House. All of them were walking in luxury palaces. It was unavoidable that they were somewhat aesthetically tired. So I arranged a noon time to go to Naxu Market, where I wanted to settle my lunch. Who knows, this market is very big, selling all kinds of local food, such as cheese, vegetables, fruits, all kinds of wine, vinegar, toast and so on, which have never been seen in China. There are a lot of restaurants and snack stands. I spent 3 or 4 hours shopping here and bought many accompanying gifts, such as local cheese, special toast, Vienna hand-made sausage and so on. Shopping in the market compares with Lower Riba people, but it is really a very grounded way of travel, like a Viennese, here spent half a day of market life.
