Really super beautiful, unfortunately not photographic, in order to protect the environment. I haven't seen so many beautiful fireflies since I was so old. The real scene is very close to the pictures. It's green and shining. It's beautiful. It's much more spectacular than the white sparkling dots seen in the Sabah wilderness. There are many fireflies that are very bright. Really many of them feel that the top of their heads is the Milky Way. The fireflies here are not flying fireflies that we see in our country. They are larvae of flying insects. They hang on the rock walls and emit up to 70 sticky, shiny and transparent silk threads. It's wonderful to see fireflies like stars when you enter the cave on a cruise ship. Then there are Maori people singing to everyone in the cave. In this situation, it feels really good and fantastic. We sat quietly on the boat, along the winding Waitomo River, watching the stars in fairyland, gazing at the faint light of countless fireflies, I silently made a wish, hoping that life would be as beautiful as the light of this firefly. Tickets aren't cheap. Looking at them, it looks like $49. So when we went there, we searched the Internet for a long time and planned a one-day tour. We also saw a lot of families. Finally, we made a one-day tour in Huaitomo Firefly Cave, which was decided by Taobao Lazy Cat Travel. Adult price is 222 yuan per person, I calculated, compared to their own tickets to buy, it is cheaper. If you travel one day, you don't have to take care of your own traffic, so it's worth it as a whole. Speaking about travel preparation: I suggest to bring your own skid-proof shoes/boots, waterproof coat and warm coat, because the cave is a little cold inside. Don't touch any stalactites in the cave, and photography is not allowed in the cave. We are looking for their guides to take our photos. It is not allowed to shoot inside, in order to protect the stalactite inside from damage. Oh, by the way, don't bring a lighter and smoke in.

The fireflies in childhood memory are in the summer dusk, as if scattered on the earth, the faint stars. We followed Maori guides on a boat, shuttled deep in the dark river in the cave. Looking up, the fireflies perched in the corners of the deepest cave, quietly exuding a faint halo. It is a pity that I can't use the camera phone to record this wonderful moment. If you can, you still have to be immersed and experience it in depth. Waitomo Firefly Cave is not only a place to literally see fireflies, but the stories of nature, history, culture and Maori ethnicity that it carries are even more exciting.

The Waitomo Glowworm Caves attraction is a cave at Waitomo on the North Island of New Zealand. It is known for its population of Arachnocampa luminosa, a glowworm species found exclusively in New Zealand. This cave is part of the waitomo streamway system that includes the Ruakuri Cave, Lucky Strike, and Tumutumu Cave

Millions of years of stone stalactites, naturally formed caves, magical little life that glows, and operators who strive to protect and spread them. Worth a look. Feel the magic of everything.

Go to the window at the specified time to change tickets. Then queue up to enter. The fame is very big and slightly disappointed. First, I went around Stone Bell milk Eastern Europe with the tour guide, and then took the boat for a few minutes to get a very concentrated firefly. After a while, I went out. The fare doesn't feel worth it.

I have been here many times. This time I took my family to see. The cave is similar to the domestic cave. It is mainly to take a boat to see the fireflies. You can't take pictures inside. You can only take a picture here as soon as you enter the door.

These attractions in New Zealand can buy tickets on Trip.com. It is very convenient to change tickets to enter the park directly and the price is very favorable.
