Wang Xuezhong Art Museum is located in the east district of Zhangzhou City, Zuoyi City River, right connected main road, there is Longquan Tower in front, and the two mountains in Longgu in the back. The foundation building was built in March 1987 and completed in March 1988. The art museum covers an area of0.196 hectares and has a construction area of 1250 square meters. It is a white wall and green tiles, quiet and elegant southern residential building. The gate of the art museum faces west, and the gate building is high. The six characters of "Wang Xuezhong Art Museum" written by the famous painter Guan Shanyue are engraved on the wall. The west of the museum is a green area, and the east is an exhibition room, cultural relics room, calligraphy and painting room, reception room, living room, and lecture hall. The corridors between the buildings are connected, the inner courtyard door is southwest, the pool in the courtyard is clear, the bridge is connected, and the flowers and trees are planted to make the courtyard more quiet. The second floor of the main hall in the north is a suspense roof, and the lecture hall is a hard-core roof. "Suspended", "hard" contrasting and organically harmonious combination. The reception hall is a conventional anti-northern building, avoiding the traditional double slope roof is centered, and the slopes on both sides are equal. The characteristics of the southern Zhejiang and Sichuan are used - the roof is suspense-type, the front slope is short, and the back slope is long. Grape frames are set between the south slope and the inner courtyard, and the green vines are suspended. Green leaf powder wall and tea-brown floor-to-ceiling glass windows, high and low undulating gray roofs reflect each other, the whole architectural design is novel.

Wang Xuezhong Art Museum was funded by Japanese friends in the 1980s and built by the government for Mr. Wang. A venue dedicated to displaying Mr. Wang's poetry, calligraphy and painting works has a beautiful environment. An art museum has been built to hold large-scale exhibitions.

Mr. Wang Xuezhong is a Zhangzhou native. He is a professor of poetry, calligraphy and painting at Tianjin University. Especially calligraphy art is very influential in the country. He is the vice president of the China Book Association. His own book body is very unique. There are many of his fine works on display here to watch.

The museum has a large collection of boutique cultural relics, including Tang Bohu, Wang Qianzhi and other real relics.
