Wat Sensoukarahm Review

Among the many temples in Luang Prabang, it may not be outstanding. But it is still very characteristic. It is generally considered to be the temple style of Thailand. Southeast Asian countries except Vietnam. Almost all are South-Eastern Buddhism. It is consistent with the Buddhist country of Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar.

Situated in the northeast corner of a small town near the confluence of the Nankang and Mekong rivers, Sensugaram Temple is a Thai-style temple. It was built in 1718 and renovated in 1932-1957. The jewel-red temple is covered with a complex staggered gold pattern, and undoubtedly Sensugaram Temple is one of the most magnificent temples in the ancient temples of Luang Prabang.
