Xingmengxiang Review

The Mongolian entered Yunnan with Kublai in 1253 AD, and then ended in the Southern Song Dynasty. The Mongolian who entered Yunnan settled in Xingmeng. Here and Qutuoguan is the location of the Yuan Dynasty "Lin'an Yuanjiang Cheli and other places to Xuanwei Du Marshal Mansion", was the highest military and political organ established in southern Anhui at that time, Yuan Dynasty's Marshal Alla Timur once stationed here.

In Yunnan Province, there are not many Mongolian townships, the residents are descendants of Mongolian soldiers who came to attack Yunnan during the Yuan Dynasty, and there are Mongolian temples in the village. No longer grazing, the economy is mainly based on vegetable cultivation, and now it is also engaged in tourism, developing ethnic cultural and ecological tourism, and building a large tent to engage in Nada curtain. The sacrifice is affectionate and sad, and the end reads: "History has left us from the grassland for more than 750 years, but our blood is flowing with the blood of the Mongolians, and we will never forget that we are descendants of Genghis Khan"

Xingmeng Township is located in Tonghai County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, and was built in 1988. The total area of the township is 4.77 square kilometers, with an altitude of 1800 meters. Xingmeng Township is also the only Mongolian township in Yunnan Province.
