Yanzhou Island, once named for its rich sea salt, is a gathering place for photography enthusiasts. This 400-year-old island is warm and humid all year round, with lush woods, gentle beaches and delicate texture. It is a natural beach bathing place. Heipaijiao basalt beach, Mangrove Wetland Park and windmill mountain are the three major tourist attractions of Yanzhou Island. Yanzhou Island is a good place for photography enthusiasts and outdoor hiking. It can be used for fishing by boat, fishing at will, visiting salt farms, visiting ancient dwellings, walking Yanzhou Bridge, taking pictures of sunrise, watching sunset, looking at egrets and mangroves, reef basalt, collecting shells on the beach, going to Guanyin Mountain to see windmills, and visiting fishermen's oyster farm. In fact, each scenic spot is relatively scattered, and once again, a self-driving tour is the most suitable. Some people like places that are not fully commercialized. The slightly developed places represent places where basic food, housing and transportation can be satisfied. They are not too hard. It would be boring for people to look at the heads of scenic spots that are too commercialized. Yanzhou Island is obviously such a place. Yanzhou Island is the only island town in Huizhou City. So far, it still keeps the original fishing and farming life. Windmill Hill, with an elevation of more than 600 meters, is the highest peak in the surrounding towns, so you can drive directly up the hill. There is a small Guanyin Temple on the top of the hill. The whole mountain range is a windmill. It can look at the whole Kaozhou Ocean, Yanzhou Island, Xihuyu, Donghuyu, Bienyue Bay and the endless South China Sea. The scenery of sunrise and sunset is more worth looking forward to. Every time you climb the top, there are different scenery blockbusters! Yanzhou Island can not be said to be desolate, but there are few man-made landscapes. The clean and delicate beaches emit a salty and wet atmosphere of the sea. The basalt rocks are rugged and different in shape. In short, it is primitive, original and natural.
