Yuxian Temple is located at the waist of the longevity slope, named after the temple "Yuxian Cave". It was built in the first year of Qing Tongzhi (1862) and is still intact. The temple is small in size, but the environment is beautiful, and it is intended to use the dangerous local terrain to create an unusual and special landscape. The temple is thousands of feet high on the left and the right is deep. There is a beautiful folk legend about the name of Yuxian Temple. It is said that in ancient times, a man went up to Mount Emei to seek immortals, and came here, and met a wood-cut farmer and said to him, "Free and idle is immortal, why should you go up to Mount Lu?" and disappeared. Later, the monk built a temple here, named "Yuxian Temple". You can rest here and experience the philosophy of "freedom is immortal".
