Notre Dame Cathedral is an important landmark ancient building in Zagreb, capital of Croatia, also known as Zagreb Cathedral. & 1904, completed in 1217. Only three years later the church was destroyed by the invading Tatars. After several repairs, by 1880, the cathedral was severely damaged by the earthquake, the hall of the cathedral collapsed, and the tower was destroyed, which could not be repaired. At the beginning of the 20th century, the rulers decided to renovate the church, and Hermann Boll, the famous architect of Cologne at that time, presided over the renovation. The renovated Zagreb Cathedral adopts a new Gothic architectural style as a whole, and adds two Gothic minarets with a height of about 105 meters. I have seen numerous cathedrals in Europe, but it is really unique and magnificent like this. Standing in front of you, you will be shocked by its powerful momentum.
