Animal人很多，听说需要预定才能有位置，不过可能是因为我们运气超好吧，竟然一去就有位置，当然人还是很多的，我们真的非常的喜欢这里的气氛。

这是一家在LA很时髦的餐厅，生意很好。Offal是这家餐厅一个游戏的名字。烹饪各种肉的方式特别有想象力。有点偏西方。最好是大家分享着吃更多的菜品。我们看到Daniel Boulud曾在这里举办晚宴，想必这里的食物有一定的水准。现在觉得确实是这样。

Love all of these little plates - interesting flavors. The best dishes we had if we had to choose were the sirloin and the bone marrow burger. Delicious.Loved the decor and the service was wonderful. I am labeling this as mid-range, but it''s definitely pretty pricey.

animal，那还是很低调的一家店，门面也是很普通，进去的话也没有特别豪华的装修，不过他们家的菜还是挺地道的，我让他们推荐了一款酒，好喝

Angeleno 看到鸡爪都退避三尺的年代，这两个厨子就敢拿牛舌猪耳来招呼大家。说 Animal 是肉食主义的奠基者一点也不夸张，整张菜单上满是各种动物和内脏，想找到一个纯绿色的菜都难，油滋滋的鹅肝居然用 loco moco 来承接，薯条中放的是牛尾，浓郁到化不开的超特别骨髓汉堡(Boner burger) 堪称肉食者的天堂。
