沙面老街上的陶然轩，也是中档粤菜的代表之一，装修很雅致，一楼茶皇厅还有美女表演古筝，不知对于广州吃客来说，美食重要还是音乐重要呢？今天还是点了必吃的红烧乳鸽，广州那么多餐厅能做到乳鸽皮薄脆而甘香，肉质和油脂混合却不腻，鸽肉滑嫩鲜甜，陶然轩算一个，因为好，刚刚又涨价到48元[淚]，再来48元一位的乳猪拌奇异果，只有两块！均价24一块，果然一人份的，入口皮脆极了，瞬间奇异果的香和酸马上涌出来，要在口里咀嚼5秒后猪油的香味才淡淡地出现，如果喜欢乳猪全体的吃货，比较难接受。最后的咸柑橘炖土猪，汤色很清，味道确很鲜甜而且一口咽下，先是猪肉的甜味加上咸柑橘回甘，好汤一碗！

沙面白天鹅斜对面的陶然轩，也是广州比较出名的粤菜餐馆，一共有6层，6楼环境最高，够高，其中两张大台对着大窗户，能边欣赏珠江景色一边叹茶，中午茶市人很多，所以这次坐3楼，环境也舒服，桌子摆得不密，相对安静，一份虾饺，皮薄有韧性，白皮色下透着淡淡的粉红海虾的颜色，就像少女的面庞忍不住亲一口，虾肉新鲜弹牙，混着适中的猪油和切的四方形小小的笋粒，鲜甜爽口，26元5颗，桂花椰汁糕表层冻住了新鲜的花粒，咬下去混合椰奶香味，幼滑清甜，分量也足，混酱肠粉摆盘也漂亮，陶然轩果然不负盛名。
