Try to arrive before 7pm or you may have to wait in a queue. They didn't have an English version menu so make sure your smart phone can do the translation as not all the staff can converse in passable English. The food however was very good. The burrata comes with the freshest of cherry tomatoes and basil on the side. My San Daniela ham pizza was thin and crusty topped generously with ham and tomato. I had the "house" sparkling water in a stylish flacon and it's only €1.

Spanish ham with Brata cheese is a novelty attempt! ! Brata cheese is like a heart egg, cut is thick cheese liquid. Use it instead of salad dressing, milk is charming but not greasy.

I've been to this place 3 times now and each time, it's authenticity really shine through. The pizza is on another level. Fresh ingredients, crispy, nice home-made sauce. They also do tasty no-fuss starters like foccacio. Highly recommend! My only work of advice is to go either on a weekday or at early afternoon, or be prepared to wait 15- 30 minutes for a table. This place get's packed (for good reason).

Tip: Located literally across the street from Santa Apolonia train station, so do yourself a favour and GO! I've never been to Italy, but this is what I think authentic, thin crust Italian pizza would be like. Restaurant itself is small and from reading the reviews, a line-up is a normal occurrence, so be prepared to wait! Dining room tends to get hot because of the proximity of the pizza oven, so if there's a space, you can choose to dine outside...BUT I cannot vouch for what the service is like out there. Service wasn't the fastest, but it was friendly, especially if you have a smile on your face. :) Pizza was to.die.for. It came out rather quickly and were in the area of 10EU+. You could also have 1/2 pizza dressed with different toppings for 13EU. I technically could've shared, but was hungry and it was so good! I wished I could've eaten here again...until next time, Lisbon.
