We stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney for one night and chose to eat at Altitude restaurant to ourselves, it was a pleasant surprise! After enjoying the stunning Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, we had a delicious meal served by friendly and attentive staff. The menu offers a wide selection and the wine list is also full of a few wines. I ate the suckling pigs of Macleay Valley and they all looked great on the plate. The meat was well cooked and had sweet potatoes, chestnuts, Hawaiian fruit and wild mushrooms to make the dish more delicious. My wife ordered the perfectly cooked Riverina lamb, which was tender and delicious and the Altitude restaurant was worth going!
