And more popular it becomes, more ippudo-branded ramen bars in Hakata city. Ippudo's ramen is very sophisticated. Its soup is so creamy that you can't understand it is made from pig bone. Noodle, You can choose the condition of it as you like. (soft-"yawame", normal-"futsu-u", hard-"katame", very hard-"bari-kata", super hard-"hari-gane" ) Additionally, you can customize its taste with variety of spices (ginger, pepper, sour-pickles, sesame etc).
