K Restaurant Review

The food here is a excellent. I would recommend the schnitzel pita but nothing you order here will disappoint. Everything I've had here is amazing!

Without tasting more, I ordered this steak, simply describe it, the taste is very rich, so I highly recommend black pepper steak, the taste is very good, as if it is imported from Australia.

K will never disappoint - in either food or service. We live about 45 minutes away and yet visit often because we pine for the food! They do change their menu as the local food is sourced, but if you have a chance at the Shrimp & Grits, take it. The oysters are phenomenal as well. Great wine variety and the staff bends over backward to make your meal experience wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.

Business meeting lunch, we were set off to side. Excellent service. Turkey club was excellent, real turkey not packaged. Also had crab sandwich which was excellent. Fresh bread, wonderful bread pudding for dessert.

I was hopeful that my second visit would be as fantastic as my first, and it was! It's been two years since we were in town, and I made a reservation as soon as I found out we would be able to stay in Orlando. Our server, Michael, was the best! He knew everything about the menu, and made some recommendations, based on what we told him we had last time. I can not stress this enough: let you server recommend wine pairings with your food selections. Both times we dined here, these pairing took our experience over the top! Michael's suggestions were spot on, and everything from the warm bread to start, through dessert were delicious! We started with the Fried Green tomatoes, which were amazing, but the shrimp and grits were my favorite. I've had that dish all over the south, and this is my favorite rendition! I could eat just that with the bread, and be happy! It's that good. The salad sounded amazing, but I could tell I was going to eat a lot, so skipped it. We went right into the entrees. They had the filet mignon on special, and Michael sweetly let us know that there were only a few left. We ordered one, and also the Corvina fish. Both were outstanding. The fish was fresh, tender and seasoned perfectly. The filet was off the charts. The sauce that it was plated with was so good. Again, the wine pairings just brought it to the next level. We finished with he homemade lemon doughnuts- yum! Next time, the peanut butter chocolate cake for sure! Definitely, my favorite restaurant in Florida!
