We are visiting D.C. And wanted to find a good dim sum restaurant. When we read the wonderful reviews of China Boy we wanted to try it (thinking it was going to be like dim sum). China Boy is very small inside (one table for six, and one table for two). When we got there, we decided to try it, even though it was not exactly what we were looking for. We ordered pork soup (which was good). We also ordered beef crape and shrimp crape (definitely the shrimp was hands down better) and beef chow foon (which we liked very much, but there was not that much meat). The place was fairly busy while we were there, there was literally a line in the lobby. We do agree with other reviews, the noodles are outstanding.

China Boy, the name of this small shop is quite funny, this is a super cost-effective noodle restaurant, if you like to eat pasta friends, really want to come here to eat, their noodles are very strong.

There is a local Chinese restaurant in Washington called china boy, which is known for its large portions of dishes, so come to eat, don't order too much when ordering, or stop.

We are visiting town from Georgia and a friend recommended this place. Just like being in Hong Kong. Such delicious Roast Pork Chow Fun, the dumplings are incredibly tasty and juicy and the shrimp crepe was a hit especially with the young kids. Atmosphere not great it's just a hole in the wall so go get some takeaway from them !

This is a complete hole in a wall, but like any other family owned restaurant they have limited menu, but do everything on it well. We ordered several dishes and they all came out just cooked and hot. We asked for some chili oil, when she realized they were out of it, she made someone go out and buy it and bring it back. She said they make it in house but it was not ready, so she hoped the jar was ok. I thought that was so sweet.

I followed Google and tripadvisor recommendations and they were right - small , family owned yummy noodles - agree that it's a bit oily and needs some extra spice kick but great place to be a bit off the tourist map !
