German food. Service was good, though a tad slow for checking on me after I was served to see if I needed anything like another beer. Food was hot and fresh. I had the weinerschnitzl it was good. The French fries were very good. Beer hit the spot. They accept credit cards but no option to add tip. Not sure if it was included, so I tipped in cash.

Hahaha, I praise the clerk, I am too good at taking pictures, and I also guide us how to take good-looking pictures. I have to say that it feels too much and has an internal taste.

    4/5Excellent

Limited options but very good dishes, some almost perfect. The duo of turkey and pork is a fantastic option for main course. Potato soup with Parma is a perfect starter. A must-go for apfelstrudel, the best ever I've experienced.

    3/5Average

Visited this restaurant on a summers evening and it is fair to say a lot of the tables were pre-booked due to an event in Hannover the same week. However, we were in luck and chose a table in the corner of the establishment. The waitress seemed to have that nonchalent heir of "couldn't care less" which as a customer makes you instantly feel ill at ease. I ordered the a mixed grill which came with fried potatoes and some vegetables, my wife ordered the steak. Upon ordering the steak, I pointed out to my wife that the waitress did not ask her how she wanted the steak cooked. When my wife asked she was told they always cook them medium unless the customer says anything. Strange. The food, when it arrived, which was very fast was actually lovely. But the prices are pheomonally expensive. As is the beer, which they charge 5.50€ for (large glass). The bizarre thing is, a large apple juice (0.4l, 5.50€) is more expensive than a beer of the same size. Whilst we were eating our meal, our waitress was on the other side of the partition doing something on the till, and my wife remarked, loud enough for her to hear, how for the prices, the service is apalling. Cue our waitress being ultra-friendly for the rest of our stay there. All in all, food very good, service poor, prices ridiculous.
