The young chef Bentivoglio really deserves a 5 stars award not only for the perfect balance between the choice of ingredients, the elegance of the mise en place but also for the different texture of the food, crispy, soft, creamy and solid and their inviting perfumes. He knows how to"awake" the tasting buds of his guests offering a sparkling wine with his original amuse bouche and backing home made grissini and bread flavoured with herbs or spices. When the courses arrive at the table it is a joy first for the eyes and then for the discovery of the tastes. We enjoyed every creation and the sensitivity to offer a wide choice of wine by the glass for people who like to change wine at every course or for couple with only one wine lover. Paying the bill of this dinner, my wife and I expressed the desire to have lunch the day after to enjoy the rest of the menu!
