The location is beatiful, the ambiance is also very nice. I was not particularly impressed by the food (everything was good, but I was probably expecting something more unique), the wine presentation (we had wine pairing) was too rapid

One of the best restaurants in Seattle, you need to book seats in advance, and you have to pay a fine for the unscheduled appointment. You need to be dressed in formal clothes. The dishes inside do have a Michelin style.

I happened to find Canlis these days in Seattle, the best restaurant I have ever been to! I have eaten at many restaurants in the world and I have to say Canlis is the best, the environment, the food, the service, the wine are great. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I went on a tasting menu and will definitely be full at the end. I seriously considered coming back to Seattle to Canlis today.

The signature of the Pacific Seaview Restaurant in the northwest of the United States is just right.
