Sushi Girl Kauai Review

Poke bowl and sushi were excellent! My two daughters do not like raw fish but LOVED the poke bowl. They want to go back for more!

Only drawback is that you have to come all the way to the end of the world to get some of the best casual food anywhere. Fish is super-fresh and flavors are perfect. I've eaten fish my whole life and this is among my top 5-10 fish meals anywhere. Inexpensive for what you get and compared to nearby sit-down restaurants (though remember everything on the island is pricey by mainland standards).

Service is terrible! Food portions are pretty small. Girl who took our order was very rude and stated that it would be 25 minutes for the one poke bowl we ordered to be ready! Ridiculous, there was only 3 other people in front of us waiting! Just poor planning and lousy organizational skills at work here. Just skip this place please!!! There are many places in Hanalei that will serve you better food at a better price with NO ATTITUDE!!
