    We enjoyed a fine meal at this restaurant and spent the most amazing evening. The 9 dishes were not as if we had tried them. The staff serving our table explained each dish and the accompanying red wine as choreographed. We all loved the meal, the atmosphere and the service.     We saw the restaurant menu when we were in Sydney for New Year's, so we booked to come back for a meal at the end of January. We thought the food here was fantastic and the open kitchen lets you see the chef's cooking process. Recommended, a great experience.
