Good extensive menu. Large servings, nice service staff. Bit overpriced though. The reviews here seem to be a mix of Sails on Sydney harbour and the Sails at the Club at Dolls Point. My review relates to the club at Dolls Point

    5/5Outstanding

An amazing restaurant which is best achieved by arriving by water taxi. A memorable night that was made simply wonderful by the view. The food was excellent although a little cliche. The wine list is extensive and relevant to the food. Service was crisp and officious but lacking the warmth expected of better restaurants. Very busy so always book ahead. A sydney must do!

    4/5Excellent

This restaurant has views of the Georges River and is within the Sailing Club. We booked a few days before and requested a window table. On arrival we were shown to a window table and within a few minutes a waiter was asking us for our drink order. The meals that we ordered were enjoyable with a good serving. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a raised section in the restaurant and on the day we were there a family had a after Christening celebration. The Club has a good car park some of which is undercover. We have been to this restaurant before and will certainly be going back.

    4/5Excellent

On any given day Sails (an old favorite for years) would have a phenomenal view of Sydney's iconic Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Luna Park. However, on this particular night, we arrived only to discover construction work being done around the foreshore, which interfered with the usual spectacular views. Despite this, we enjoyed our night with exceptional food and service. Keep up the good work! We'll be back!
